Meaning
Pallavi :
Prostrations unto you. Abhayambika , the one who is seated on a horse as the form of Ashvaruda, the one who displays the abhaya and the varada mudras.
Anupallavi:
The one who has an auspicious form; the one who has beautiful variations in her dance; the one with sparkling teeth; the one with a pure mind; the one who wears a golden ear-ring, the one who has her abode in the Himalayas.
caraNaM:
The one who is in all he forms of mantra & tantra.The all knowing one, the one dear to shiva - who wears the moon; the one whose way of worship include the pancamakara-matya etc ;

Highlights:
Panca Makarayai - A term frequently used in tantra particularly in what is
called the left-handed pathway. The five ma-kArAs all starting with the word
'ma' constitute mAmsA(meat), madhya(wine), matsya(fish), mudra(grain),
and maithuna(sexual intercourse). The path of tantra is considered to hightlight the fact that conquering human senses
by using these substances and yet remaining unaffected by them rather than by avoiding them
or denying them. Hence several schools of Srividya have these concepts of Pancamakara in subtle forms ie
incorporate them in symbolic form by way of ritual gestures. Here it means - The
one worshipped through the concept of Pancamakara.
This kRti is one of the Abhayamba Vibhakti kRtis composed on the Goddess at
Mayavaram or Mayiladuthurai. A reference to the River is Kaveri is also made in
this composition.
AshvArUdhA is one of the commander-in-chief of Lalita Tripura Sundari in her war
against Bhandasura and by invoking her name Dikshitar also adds a reference to
Bhandasura at the end of the composition.
