1.hariSayaka - Shiva during his slaying of the Tripuras used Vishnu as his bow.
2.dhIh means intelligence but does not derive the word dhImkAra accurately.
There is a mantra to Rudra that goes as Aum dhAm dhIm dHUm dharmanAthAya. Hence it could be assumed that this line refers to a bIjAkshara.Some texts give this line as The form of AumkAra.
3.This composition is on the Lord Mayuranatha, the form os Shiva at Mayuram.
Mayuram is situated on the banks of River Kaveri. This is alluded to in the

SubhaKara Kaveri tIrasthitha.
